I’ve set aside 90 minutes to discuss your:
health history,
establish a baseline of body system responses by muscle testing,
record physical observations,
check your pH,
and do an iTOVi Scan.
Things to bring: Recent lab results, medications, and supplements you are currently taking, along with a notebook and pen
Please discontinue eating and drinking 30 minutes before coming for a urine and saliva sample.
Payment for services is required when the appointment is scheduled unless paying by cash or check.
The $230 includes your first appointment and the 1-hour follow-up appointment.
FEES
Time is a valuable asset that should be respected.
Therefore, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged for less than 24-hour notice. If payment was made online,
the fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, and an additional $50 will be due at the next appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule and be charged the $50 cancellation fee.
A fee of $35 plus any overdraft fees this may cause, up to $100, will be charged for Insufficient fund checks.
Likewise, if I mismanage the appointment time, causing us to go over. I will reduce the charge by $1 per minute
the appointment goes over the allotted time.
