It became normal. It became convenient. We trusted that it was true. But common does not always mean wise.Much of what shaped the modern breakfast table came from marketing, mass production, and the food industry's influence, not from a true understanding of how the body is designed to function. And that myth may still be affecting your energy, focus, digestion, and health stewardship today. If you have ever wondered why mornings can feel like a struggle, this may open your eyes in a whole new way.

Dana Ellison Bible, Food, Health, Nutrition
Today, as Christians, we are living in the information age, yet..."...my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge..." Hello, I'm Dana!

I used to struggle with painful joints, exhaustion, and excess weight. I wanted to enjoy time with my family and serve in church ministries, but some days I barely had the energy to keep up.

At the worst point of my health, the Lord led me to learn about nutrition, supplements, and the chemicals I was using in my home. Making small changes gradually over six months drastically improved my health and changed how I cared for it.

Now I help Christian women who are active in serving their families and/or church ministries renew their health, support better sleep, manage fatigue, and care for their blood sugar. We focus on nutrition, supplements, movement, and a biblical mindset, one step at a time.

If that’s you, get in touch. I’d love to help.
