Because food is intended to be our medicine that we take every day for preventative maintenance, the nutrients should not be modified.
When nutrients are "zapped," we are only stopping the symptom of hunger and confusing, not nourishing our cells. Confused cells don't communicate and eventually begin to mutate.
Until the last seven years, I used my microwave to heat, thaw, and warm foods like 90% of Americans do. We joked about zapping our food; unfortunately, I never considered how "ZAPPING" my food was the literal truth.
The microwave was an invention by The Nazis during the Soviet invasion for convenience because transporting the cooking fuel was an issue, and they were cooking in mass quantities.

I pray the Lord will help me take the responsibility of influencing others for Him seriously.
There was a noticeable difference in the children of Israel that King Nebuchadnezzar requested be brought back during the Babylonian siege on Jerusalem.
He wanted the children of the elite kings and princes because they had no blemishes, were well-favored, skillful in all wisdom, cunning in knowledge, understood science, ability to stand in the palace.
Once the children were brought into the eunuchs, the King having no clue WHY they were so intelligent and healthy, appointed their daily diet of his delicacies.
