For the aged woman, health stewardship extends her years and reduces the burden on her middle-aged children, who become caregivers while raising their own children.

Everyone is at a different level in their health stewardship journey. The first step is to realize you haven’t been a good steward and didn’t know that what you were doing was hindering your health. Begin praying for God to make you a willing vessel and open your eyes to his health care plan.
